Promoting business is getting personal

With all of the new online marketing strategies focusing on "social networking" it has blurred the line between business and personal information. I'm not sure this is a great thing for business, when people's sticky lives can get caught up in the business. It can also be difficult for personal relationships, if I send out a business advertisement to all of my online friends they might resent it.

I hope that people understand that it is money, ad revenue, etc that give us access to free services like Facebook, Ning, and Blogger.
